Rana Rahman
Founder and MD

A passionate global comms strategist, Rana has been delivering highly-valued communications counsel to world class tech brands for over two decades.

Rana specialises in driving impactful campaigns for brands at the intersection of video games, media and Web3. His brand experience includes working for some of the world’s leading gaming, media and tech brands like PlayStation, Rovio, AppLovin, Microsoft, Philips, IONITY, Gismart, Jam City, EMAP, LoopMe, Fujifilm

Rana’s is the driving force behind the team of Raptors. His objective for Raptor is to deliver best-in-class local services with global reach, unshackled by location, time-zone and resource. His goal for Raptor PR is to perfect a diverse, data-driven, virtual agency model that’s capable of adapting to rapidly changing client needs and variable economic conditions.

Thomas Huxter
Account Director

Thomas plays an instrumental role helping to drive Raptor’s client communications strategies, and leading on a number of key Web3 accounts including Admix, Dubit and Fancy Bears Metaverse, and games industry accounts such as Admix, Tenjin and GameBake. 

He was Raptor’s first hire, and leads much of the agency’s high-level written content. He has a diverse track record in tech PR ranging from launching a new cryptocurrency with 0 budget, nevertheless achieving 350,000 users, to managing European comms for Roblox. As well as Roblox, gaming clients Thomas has worked with include Rovio, Jam City and Gismart.

Thomas is also well versed in the infrastructure of gaming including payments, distribution, user acquisition and cloud gaming. His other notable clients include the recently IPO-ed Forgerock and AI-powered health app Ada. Thomas was tempted back to tech PR after a stint as a video games content creator on Twitch, where he has over 2,500 followers. 

Rosie Lumley
Account Director

Rosie drives Raptor PRs client base, ensuring best in class communications strategy, client relationship management, and tactical execution.

She also is one of Raptor’s media relations leads and directs PR and comms activity for a number of the agency’s clients. As well as leveraging her enviable black book of media contacts, Rosie is hyper-organised and ensures Admix campaigns are running on time, with KPIs met or exceeded.

Rosie is a business PR specialist with nearly a decade of experience helping to build and nurture the media reputations of companies. These have included advertising agencies, global brands, and leading gametech and adtech vendors as well as publishers  in the mobile gaming industry.

Her earliest gaming memories include playing Zelda and GoldenEye on Nintendo 64 with her brother. Today, she would describe herself as more of a mobile gamer.

Priyanka Harsora
Senior Account Manager

Priyanka joined Raptor PR in February 2022 as an Account Manager and was promoted to Senior Account Manager in June 2022. Priyanka is helping to drive Raptor PR’s nascent blockchain gaming division as well as its games industry division, working across clients including The Tiny Digital Factory, Infinite Drive, Infinite Arcade, Dubit, Gismart, and Tenjin.

She brings 5+ years of tech PR experience which has allowed her to develop exceptional skills in communication outreach across all mediums. Priyanka previously worked at global PR agencies Ruder Finn and We Communications, with world-leading brands including Sony Pictures, TikTok, Disney+, Marvel HQ, Peppa Pig and Viacom. Her interests include arts and crafts.

She is also a binge-watcher, social media junkie and a Bollywood buff. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Media, a diploma in Advertising and Public Relations, and a Postgraduate degree in Journalism and Mass Communication.

Mark O’Leary
Senior Account Executive PR + Social 

Crypto native and tech entrepreneur Mark joined Raptor in May 2022 as Senior Account Executive, PR and Social. He brings 5+ years’ experience of running his own education company as well as project management, marketing and social media expertise to help drive Raptor PR’s blockchain gaming and games industry divisions.

He works across accounts including The Tiny Digital Factory,, Infinite Drive, Infinite Arcade, Dubit and Gismart. Mark holds a Masters degree in Marketing and has a keen passion for all things web3. He is also a sports fanatic and console gaming enthusiast. 

Joshua Callaghan
Junior PR assistant

Our youngest Raptor has strong experience across the gaming industry thanks to his social media management and journalism roles. Bringing a lifetime love for gaming to his role as a PR assistant, Joshua’s consumer gaming background provides a strong insight into consumer attitudes to new technology within the web3 space.

As an official member of the E3 2021 press team, Joshua has written articles about the latest announcements from PlayStation and Nintendo, in addition to reviewing hardware and games from the likes of HTC, Huawei and EA. Although Joshua can often be found playing Planet Coaster, his love for a multitude of genres and platforms provides a strong overview of the entire industry.

Simon Judges
Senior Content Strategist

Simon has over twenty years’ experience in various media marketing and PR channels – on and offline, national and regional, agency and client-side, consumer and B2B.

Over time, he’s established himself as a content writer for a range of purposes, writing to order in a variety of voices. During the last decade, he’s specialised in B2B content, writing thought leadership articles, research reports, whitepapers, press releases, and blog posts for a wide range of IT, technology, and telecoms firms.

He has a patient, calm and methodical approach that has led to him being described as ‘the office Yoda’.
